Noise at Work
Three day training course covering noise at work, including principles of acoustics and current noise at work legislation. Get hands-on teaching with sound meters and analyse the results.
Human Vibration
Three day training course covering human vibration, including hand-arm vibration and whole-body vibration. Learn about and understand current vibration legislation. Get hands-on teaching with vibration meters and power tools and analyse the results.
Environmental Noise
Three day training course covering environmental noise, including principles of environmental noise assessments and current environmental noise legislation. Get hands-on teaching with sound meters designed for environmental monitoring and analyse the results.
Industrial Audiometry
Learn about and understand practical audiometry and hearing tests in a 3 day course covering the theory of acoustics, noise and hearing and learn how to take hearing tests with audiometers and audiometric equipment.
Personal Air Sampling and COSHH
A 3 day course taking a close look at the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations and the requirements for air sampling in the workplace to monitor and detect hazardous gas, vapour and dust in the air.
IOSH Managing Safely
A 4 day course covering the requirements for managers to understand health and safety within the workplace run in accordance with the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
Condition Monitoring
A 2 day course covering the aspects of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance including vibration and temperature measurement to monitor equipment, solve problems before they occur and ensure your equipment continues to run smoothly.
Managing Asbestos
A 2 day course covering the dangers of asbestos, the Asbestos Regulations (2006) and air sampling. Learn about and understand the serious lung conditions caused by asbestos and how to manage asbestos in the workplace.
Diagnostic Vibration
A 2 day training course covering Diagnostic Vibration, machinery fault diagnostics, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis and understanding vibration measurement to monitor vibration in machinery.
Confined Spaces
Working in confined spaces has health and safety risks which employees, health and safety managers and company directors must be aware of. This 3 day course covers the main aspects of working in confined spaces, the risk assessments that must be carried out and the current legal requirements to ensure workers remain safe.
